We recommend that you use a food thermometer to ensure that the temperatures of your Tempo meals are 40° F or below. You can safely take the temperature of your meal without removing the seal by using a laser thermometer or by using a probe thermometer placed at the bottom of the tray. In the unlikely event that the temperature is found to be above 40° F, or you have any other reason to believe that any other product in your delivery is not suitable for consumption, please immediately contact us here and discard the item.
