You can apply for the ongoing discount for first responder, doctor, nurse, hospital employee, and teacher during the sign up process.
You should find a drop-down option, then a 'Verify with ID.me' button.
You will be prompted to verify your credentials through ID.me. Once verification is complete, you are routed back to the Tempo page to finalize sign-up. You will see the discount represented in the 'Order Summary' if it is successfully applied.
If you've already completed an account continue to your Account Settings, if you are eligible, a 'Verify with ID.me' button should be underneath your payment information. When you click on the button, you will be prompted to verify your credentials through ID.me. Once verification is complete, you are routed back to Tempo. You will see the discount represented in your future boxes 'Order Summary' if it is successfully applied.
*Note after sign-up, only an ongoing 10% discount can be applied.
