Since your first order is scheduled automatically when you complete sign up, the process for skipping it will be a little different. But no worries! If you'd like to skip or reschedule that first order, you can either remove all of the meals from your order or you can contact our support team here and select 'Rescheduling My First Order' in the dropdown for further assistance.
Important Note: When you remove meals from your first order, it will show that the order is below the minimum requirement and may still appear to be scheduled. However, when the deadline comes, our system will see that the order is empty and it will be automatically cancelled. You'll be able to skip any and all future orders by clicking “Manage Delivery”, and selecting “Skip this Order” from the menu that appears on the right.
Be sure to remove those meals or contact us before the weekly Wednesday 12 PM CST deadline the week preceding the delivery.
