What types of meals are on the Tempo menu?

At Tempo, we believe eating a balanced diet is one of the best ways to make sure you’re getting the nutrition your body craves. That’s why we take a holistic approach to ensuring our weekly menu has plenty of better-for-you options to choose from, made with real ingredients you can find in your own kitchen or at the grocery store.

Each of our meals is nutrient rich, meaning we make sure every meal has plenty of protein and veggies to fill you up with feel good food.

We think veggies are an important part of a good diet, so we’ve made sure that each of our meals contains plenty of them. Each meal has at least half a cup of cooked or a cup of uncooked veggies.

We also focus on making wholesome substitutions for some of the ingredients you love (like using whole grain pasta instead of regular pasta) whenever possible.

This way you can feel confident that you are getting the good nutrients, without too much else.
