You can see your active credit balance in the upper right corner of your dashboard to the left of the Account dropdown. On the mobile app, click Account and you'll see it at the top right.
To see the amount charged and credit applied on a processed order, click Account in the upper right corner, scroll down to Order History and click on the order date to view a breakdown of the meal selections, credit applied and the total charge.
Any active credit on your Tempo account will be automatically applied to your next scheduled order and will be deducted when your order is processed during the weekly Friday 12 PM CT deadline.
